Do you accept my insurance?

We will gladly accept your insurance providers, HMOs and PPOs. Click below for a list of some of the insurances that we accept.

How do I prepare for my visit?

Preparations for your imaging appointment will be different depending upon the type of imaging order by your doctor.  You may have to stop taking certain medications or have no food or drink the night before your scan.  Make sure you check with your doctor before your appointment to make sure we are able to perform your imaging on the day of your appointment.

How much does it cost?

Please contact the facility for payments and payment arrangements/plans.

I'm claustrophobic, can I still be seen?

Yes, We have several diferent options for claustrphobic patients. Please contact the facility and you will be able to speak with someone to discuss the best option for you.

Do you work with all attorneys and LOP’s?

True Medical Imaging works with all attorneys and doctors.  We do accept Letters of Protection (“LOP’s”).  We are happy to work with you and your attorney to help you recover from your accident as soon as possible.

Who do I contact with a billing question?

Our billing is handled by Alliance Billing and Collections.  You can find their contact information on our Contact Us page.

Do you speak Spanish?

Do you offer transportation?

We offer transportation to our patients as requested.

How long does it take?

Each exam will take a different amount of time depending on what type of exam you need.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes we employee many certified board members, please contact us for specifics.
